A game-changer for the trade and trade finance industry

The passing of the Electronic Trade Documents Act 2023 (the “Act”) often touted as “game-changing” and “revolutionary” is the UK’s alternative to adopting the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Transferable Records (MLETR) and is highly anticipated by the international trade and trade finance industry.
